We are always looking for people willing to provide their services as local project managers and validation physicians.

A local project manager should be a native speaker of the target language and a professional translator with at least 5 years of experience. Experience in medical or general health translation is a must.  Duties include translating, report writing (in English), proofreading and patient testing.  This person should be willing to conduct patient interviews as well as recruit and manage local physicians.

A validation physician should be able to review the existing translation and compare the existing translation against the English original (therefore, knowledge of English is required).  We are also looking for doctors who are willing to recruit patients for testing of QoL questionnaires. The goal of such testing is to verify the quality and clarity of the translated instrument; we do not collect any clinical data.
